  • Delivery Charges: A standard fee of Rs250/- applies to all orders. However, orders exceeding Rs. 1,980/- qualify for free delivery.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Typically, deliveries occur within 2 to 5 working days. During peak shopping seasons or high-demand periods, this may extend up to 7 working days.

  • Order Confirmation: For new customers, order confirmation is conducted via call, SMS, or WhatsApp by a Customer Service Representative.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

  • Return Period: Customers can return products within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unopened condition to qualify.

  • Return Process: Customers are responsible for returning items via a traceable delivery method (e.g., courier or registered post) at their own expense.

  • Faulty Products: If a product is defective or not as advertised, it can be returned within 15 days. Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all accessories.

  • Exchanges: Subject to availability, exchanges for different colors, sizes, or products are possible. A replacement fee of approximately Rs. 350/- covers two-way courier charges.

  • Refunds: Processed within 2 to 4 working days upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. Refunds are issued via bank transfer. Note that delivery charges, typically Rs. 250/-, are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: Customers bear the cost of return shipping. Using a trackable shipping service is recommended to ensure safe return.

  • Non-Refundable Delivery Charges: If a return or exchange is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order by the customer, delivery charges are non-refundable.
